Key Responsibilities:
Book vehicles in for servicing and repairs
Create and manage repair orders
Assist with basic invoicing and daily banking
Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries
Support the sales team with paperwork and admin tasks
Provide general administrative support across the office, sales, workshop, and parts departments

Good communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer literacy
Ability to multitask and work well in a team
No prior experience necessary – on-the-job training will be provided
