Job Title: Production Manager – Bring Brand Experiences to Life!
Location: South Sydney (On-site)
Fixed Term Contract - 9 month contract, with a view to a permanent role
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation

Ever walked past an amazing brand activation, a super cool pop-up shop, or a stunning exhibition build and thought, "I wish I'd been involved in making that happen"? Well, now's your chance!
We're helping a fantastic boutique event and brand experience production company find their next Production Manager on a 9 month fixed term contract, with a view to a permanent role.
Based in South Sydney, these guys are the hidden heroes behind some of the most creative builds you see – think bespoke exhibitions, eye-catching sets and stages, unique pop-ups, and awesome brand activations. They work closely with top event and experiential agencies to turn ambitious concepts into physical reality.
What You'll Be Doing:
This isn't your average PM role – it's a dynamic mix where you'll be right in the thick of the action:
Project Management Master: You'll own projects from the initial brief right through to flawless delivery. This means getting involved in quoting, managing budgets like a pro, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on time.
Client Relationship Champion: You'll be the go-to person for their agency clients, building strong relationships through clear day-to-day communication and expertly managing expectations. You’re key to keeping everyone happy and projects on track.
Hands-On Action: You'll be getting out of the office and onto sites for event delivery, overseeing the final build and installation. (This means occasional weekend and evening work comes with the territory – it's the events world, after all!).
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Solid experience working in the event industry in a role where you dealt directly with clients – you know how to talk their language.
- You're comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You're ready and willing to travel to event sites across Sydney (and potentially beyond) and flexible for those crucial install periods, including some evenings and weekends.
- Super organised with a keen eye for detail (especially when it comes to budgets and quotes!).
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Specific experience in event production and the nitty-gritty of delivering physical builds (activations, exhibitions, sets etc.).
