About the role

In this role, your duties as a Travel Sales Consultant will include but not be limited to:

engaging with walk-in clients & online enquiries to understand travel needs

offering expert destination and travel product recommendations

tailor-making holiday packages to suit individual customer preferences & budgets

meeting/exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

staying up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements & airline policies

managing bookings and maintaining accurate client records.

What we’re looking for

Full Australian working rights or permanent residency

Min. 2 years previous travel sales or customer service experience preferred

Passion for travel with strong knowledge of popular destinations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with booking systems (e.g., Sabre or similar) advantageous.
