Role Description

The Dental Assistant will support our dentists in providing exceptional oral care, assist during procedures, handle sterilization, and ensure patient comfort. The Surgical Assistant will assist in more complex procedures including surgical extractions and dental implants, IV sedation and manage pre- and post-operative care. Both roles require meticulous attention to detail and excellent patient interaction skills.

Qualifications

Skills in Dental Care, Oral Care, and Dentistry

Experience in Sterilization and Dental Assisting

Excellent communication and patient interaction skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

High level of attention to detail and precision

Relevant certification in dental assisting is preferred

Experience as a Dental Assistant is a MUST

Skills & Experience

Experience in dental assisting - minimum certificate 3

Previous Surgical and Implant experience for Surgical Role

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Approachable and positive

Strong Team Player, with a never say no attitude and willingness to lead by example

Attention to detail

A proactive approach to problem solving, uses initiative

Being a fast paced and extremely busy practice, time management and organisation skills are of critical importance.

Experience with D4W- highly regarded
