About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Manager to lead our team at Promenade. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and pivotal to the venue’s ongoing success.

As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:

Lead daily service, ensuring high standards in product quality and guest experience.

Drive revenue through service excellence, upselling, and operational initiatives.

Maintain and enhance venue standards across service, presentation, and atmosphere.

Onboard and develop a high-performing team.

Manage rosters, approve timesheets, and meet labour % targets.

Oversee venue presentation, forecasting, reporting, and budget management.

Manage guest feedback, online reviews, and reputation.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
