This company is an expert in luxury residential developments throughout Brisbane. This company is a multi-award winning builder driven by design and has been excelling in the industry for over 10 years. This is a small tight knit team of highly experienced supervisors to carry these builds from start to finish.

Due to new contracts coming through this client is looking for another exceptional supervisor that is highly experienced on 2 - 5 million dollar plus builds. The new addition to the team will be based in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane.

Role:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the co-ordination and management of construction sites to ensure the completion of entire projects.

• Prepare and maintain project construction schedule
• Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice to direct work and monitor compliance
• Complete QA checks, site inductions and ensure WPH&S compliance
• Record and report variations
• Track and control construction schedules, progress reporting to management
• Manage sub-contractors, quality of materials and workmanship
• Place orders for materials and trades as required
• Liaise with internal team members and external consultants
• Reporting to the Director

The Person:

• 3 years' Site Supervisor experience
• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Certificate IV of Construction or equivalent
• QBCC Builders License (Builder Low Rise) highly regarded
• Experience with Click Homes software an advantage
• White Card certified
• Self-driven, organized, high attention to detail and enthusiastic team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication

The offer:

• 130k - 140k + Super + Car - negotiable based on experience
• Builds based over the Northern suburbs of Brisbane

• Highly experienced supervisors & construction manager.
