We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, can listen with empathy, and build trust with small business owners during one of the biggest decisions of their lives: selling their business. You’ll be the first voice they hear. Your job is to guide them through the process, help them feel confident in their next steps, and show them why Bonza is the best partner for the journey.

No business sales experience is needed, full training provided. However, you must have at least 1 year of proven sales experience and the soft skills to connect with people on a human level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling inbound warm leads. No cold calling.

Speaking with business owners to understand their goals and motivations for selling.

Educating them on our services and the selling process.

Presenting Bonza as the trusted partner to help them achieve a great sale.

Who We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales role.

Genuine empathy and a listening-first approach to conversations.

Confidence to build trust quickly and communicate clearly with business owners.

Emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to ask the right questions.

Understanding of financials and how to read a profit and loss is desirable but not required.

A competitive spirit and motivation to exceed targets.

Strong computer skills and a professional phone manner.

Team-oriented with a respectful, positive attitude.
