We have multiple roles & the role is ‘Fencers and Fencing Labourers.’ The successful applicant will be an important addition to the Construction team, working with crews and Project Managers to deliver a variety of projects.

Fencing and/or concreting experience required

THE ROLE:

These roles will involve but is not limited to:

Being part of an on-site team completing the installation of various types of works associated with fencing and gates - chainwire, panel fencing, timber, Colorbond, rural, handrails, and concreting.

Receiving delegated tasks and forward-thinking required to:

Prepare required tools on site ready for work.

Lay out and mark materials correctly.

Help with setting string lines.

General fencing duties during construction for example but not limited to cutting posts, screwing panels, tie off and straining cables and wire.

Having the next step ready to assist Leading Hands in completing the job.

Act as a spotter for machines at work.

Playing a part in working safely and identifying on-site hazards.

Working with Leading Hands/Project Managers to understand requirements to achieve the best outcomes.

Working all areas of South East Queensland.

Working away from home on occasion, with allowances associated.
