About MG Plumbing & Maintenance:

Based in Berrimah, NT, MG Plumbing & Maintenance is a fast growing team of 10 Plumbers, 5 Carpenters and 4 Admin Staff. We are a professional team looking for a highly motivated team player.

We are seeking an Administration and Operations Officer to join our team with an immediate start!

This is a full time, permanent and long-term role as part of a versatile team.

Your role will include:

Job, uploading, scheduling and coordination in AROFLO (trade scheduling and management system)

First point of contact and customer communication

Provide excellent customer service

Reporting to Directors and Senior Staff

Assistant duties to Directors, Office Manager and Finance Manager

Assisting in project management (SWMS, project contracts and project scheduling)

Data entry and assisting accounts manager reconciling accounts

Assist in ensuring jobs are ready to be invoiced

Maintain and strengthen customer and supplier relationships

Liaising with clients and suppliers

Office support to trades

Ordering of materials and parts

Monitoring and responding to emails efficiently

Stationary/uniform ordering and management

The successful candidate will have:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to show initiative and work under pressure meeting required deadlines

Highly motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Clear communication skills and understanding

Previous experience within trades administration

Strong understanding of Microsoft office suite

Will fit within the business culture and work well in a team-based environment

In house training will be provided.
