Sales Representative – Build the Future with Raven

Location: Queensland | Full-Time | $90,000–$115,000 + Car Allowance or Company Vehicle + Super

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our Queensland team.
In this role, you’ll represent Raven’s premium range of door sealing systems while also supporting complementary sales of locks, handles, and auxiliary products from CS Cavity Sliders.

This is a key position for someone ready to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and help shape the next era of Raven’s success.

About the Role

You’ll be the face of Raven in Queensland — managing existing customers, opening new doors, and influencing key projects in the building and construction sector.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers

Identifying and winning new business opportunities

Representing Raven’s market-leading door systems and supporting sales of CS Cavity Sliders auxiliary products

Developing and executing territory plans to achieve growth targets

Building strong relationships with architects, fire engineers, acoustic engineers, and specifiers

Delivering product knowledge, training, and support to key stakeholders

Reporting on market trends and opportunities to help drive Raven’s strategy

About You

5+ years’ experience in a sales or account management role (construction or building products preferred)

Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills

Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts

Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Comfortable using CRM systems to manage customer information and pipelines (knowledge of SugarCRM is highly regarded)
