Remuneration: ASO2 ($58,709 - $63,154 per annum) + 11.5% Superannuation

We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team at the Elizabeth Office on a part-time term basis.
In this dynamic role, you will be:
Maintaining staff records, preparing reports, minutes and employment contract letters.
Providing advice on a range of personnel procedures and related issues.
Assisting with budget and cash flow projections, budget preparation, salary estimates and monthly expenditure reports.
Providing staff with training assistance in all areas related to computer usage and assisting with issues encountered by users.
Maintaining inventories and records on asset management and undertaking basic installation and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be able to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.
Have exceptional written and verbal communicational skills.
Be able to manage a high and varied workload.
Have the ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate initiative.
Demonstrate a commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
