About the Role

• Covering a portfolio of approx 220 properties
• Software used: PropertyMe & FLK It Over
• No trust accounting
• VA support with invoices, emails & tenancy applications
• Focused on relationship management, maintenance, and overflow tasks
• Only overflow routines, ingoings, or outgoings—Leasing Consultant handles most inspections

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive Senior Property Manager experience managing residential property portfolios independently
• Confident with PropertyMe software
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to step in and take ownership—reliability is key
• Certificate of registation / Real estate licence essential
• Own Car & drivers licence
• Must be able to commit to entire duration of role

Assignment Dates: Friday 16 May 2025 – Monday 16 June 2025
