About the Role:

We are located in West Leederville and Riverton. The position involves attending the clinic on some days with the option of working from the office or remotely on other days.

As our Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your duties will include:

Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone

Managing appointments and patient records

Handling inquiries with professionalism and care

Processing payments, medical billing and Medicare paperwork

Supporting our medical team with administrative tasks
