About the Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in open cut mining operations to join this collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing firm where your technical expertise will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mechanical engineering support to mining operations and projects
• Conduct site-based inspections, assessments, and technical reviews
• Develop engineering solutions for maintenance and operational improvements
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver practical, results-driven outcomes

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
• Previous site-based experience within open cut mining, either directly for a mining company or through a consulting firm
• Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment, maintenance practices, and operational challenges
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
