About the role

Use you Mechanical Engineering skills to operate Lathe, Mills and Boing machines at Arc Spray Engineering and become a Mechanical Engineer / Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing equipment. Based in our Forrestdale, WA facility, this full-time position is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and passion for mechanical engineering in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Operate and maintain a range of advanced manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and productivity

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery or components, identifying and implementing corrective actions

Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute manufacturing processes

Use CAD / CAM to make CNC programs when your skills are ready.

Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of our manufacturing capabilities

What we're looking for

Experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field so we can train as a machinist.

Some hands on experience operating and maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

Guys that are not afraid to get dirty, this is not an office based role. Design and manufacture is or game.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
