About the role
Zest Care is seeking a dedicated Case Coordinator to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in need of support. This fast-paced, dynamic role focuses on helping keep children safe, working with children and families in high-risk situations.
- Respond to urgent requests from referring partners.
- Review reports and identify child protection concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Ensure families and children are supported
- Provide quotes and documentation in a reactive and fast-paced environment.
- Act fast and suggest fixes when there's an issue, complaint, or emergency.
- Support families and children through challenging situations with compassion and professionalism.
- Effectively multitask across various tasks and ensure all client needs are met promptly.
About you
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in case management or similar roles, preferably in child protection or early intervention.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Must be available to work weekends on-call, providing support and advice to the rostering team. Weekend on-call work will be compensated with an allowance + on call charges.
