This is a full-time Production Operator position based in Dandenong South for a leading manufacturer with a strong global presence. On offer is a unique and rare opportunity to join their highly motivated and productive team in a permanent capacity with great working hours and competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation of necessary manufacturing equipment
• Production scheduling
• Follow the production schedule
• Maintenance of product work orders & supporting documentation
• Assist with investigation of customer raised queries/complaints
• Assist in the general duties of warehouse functions/activities where required, including stock takes
• Load and unload materials
• Ad hoc tasks are required by your manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in manufacturing/production environment
• Experience operating machinery
• Forklift license desirable but not essential
• Be a keen, energetic individual
• Be mechanically minded
• Have a good eye for detail
• Have a hard working ethic and the willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills written and verbal
• Able to follow instructions
• Team player
• Motivated and good timekeeping
• Have a genuine commitment to safety
