What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, or related fields (preferred)
• Must have full working rights - this is a permanent position

About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll work across five key areas of our clients operations:

• Sorting materials
• Blending and processing
• Wastewater treatment
• Compressing operations
• Forklift operations

You’ll rotate through these areas, gaining valuable skills while ensuring the plant runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and troubleshooting plant equipment
• Sorting and blending materials to meet quality standards
• Assisting with safety checks, reporting, and investigations
• Tracking and managing materials through the plant
• Forklift driving (license preferred or willingness to obtain)
