We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Specialist Technician (ST) to deliver onsite ICT support services to a cluster of Victorian Government schools located in and around the city of Wodonga

About The Role:

As a Specialist Technician, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and enhancement of the schools' IT infrastructure. You will provide high-quality ICT support to staff and students in a technology-rich learning environment.

Key Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced technical proficiency in:

Windows Server Technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS).

Deployment, service, and management of Windows and Apple devices.

Network Administration, including LAN/WAN management, wireless infrastructure, and security.

Highly desirable attributes:

Relevant ICT experience in an educational environment.

Knowledge of Department of Education ICT initiatives and wireless deployment practices.

Experience in planning, deploying, and managing 1-to-1 device programs in an enterprise environment.

Ability to develop and deliver ICT-related professional development sessions to school staff.

Strong skills in customer service, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

A motivated self-starter, capable of working autonomously and as part of a broader team.

Resourceful and able to research and apply solutions independently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Additional Information:

A valid Working with Children Check is mandatory prior to commencement..
