The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to support the Government’s APS ERP uplift. You'll join a high-performing PMO team that partners with smaller Commonwealth agencies to assess and deliver ERP system solutions. Your work will directly shape the effectiveness and interoperability of government systems, offering both professional fulfilment and long-term project visibility.

The Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will drive the analysis, documentation, and technical design of ERP uplift solutions. You’ll lead technical workshops, engage with architects and developers, and translate business requirements into robust system architecture and integration plans. Your work will shape technical deliverables that ensure performance, security, and seamless data flows across critical systems.

• Lead technical discovery workshops across departments
• Translate business needs into clear, technical system specs
• Design integration and data migration strategies
• Document system interfaces, data models, and performance criteria
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams
• Develop and maintain technical artifacts (e.g., architecture diagrams, interface specs, mappings)

The Ideal Person

You're a skilled technical business/system analyst with deep ERP experience, known for translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions and collaborating across diverse teams.
With expertise in system integration, architecture design, and platforms like SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle and TechOne, you bring strong capability in government ERP environments.

Salary / Rate

• $130/hr - $150/hr including Super
• Full time contract
