About the role

Superware is seeking an experienced Power Platform developer to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. In this permanent role, you will play a crucial part in developing and enhancing our cutting-edge business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop and deploy custom Power Platform applications, automations and integrations to streamline our customers' business processes

Collaborate with cross-functional scrum teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust, user-friendly solutions

Implement complex data models, workflows and user interfaces using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and other Power Platform tools

Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable by following best practices

Continuously improve and optimise existing Power Platform implementations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Power Platform developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience extending business applications using C# and JavaScript/TypeScript

Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components

Experience with Power Pages, or any front-end design and development experience is preferred

Proficient in data modelling, integration development and API development

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps or AI Builder is preferred

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Power Platform trends and technologies
