MTP Services is seeking a skilled Consultant – Power Platform Developer with strong experience in PowerApps and supporting capabilities in full stack development (.NET, Angular, React). The ideal candidate will also possess expertise in SharePoint (both on-premises and Online). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that streamline business processes and integrate with other enterprise platforms.

This role is suited to someone who can work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality solutions and contributing to a positive team culture. While not expected to drive business development, you may contribute to bids and support junior team members where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

Power Platform Development

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Create custom canvas and model-driven apps tailored to business needs.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs.
• Support ongoing administration and enhancement of Power Platform environments.

Full Stack Application Development

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core/Framework.
• Work on front-end development using Angular or React.
• Implement RESTful APIs, middleware services, and data access layers.
• Contribute to software architecture discussions and design decisions.

SharePoint Development and Integration

• Develop and maintain solutions for both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (2013/2016/2019).
• Build custom components (web parts, workflows, features) using SPFx and CSOM.
• Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform and external systems.
• Support migration projects and configuration of SharePoint environments.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fit-forpurpose solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement within the development team.

Skills and Experience
Essential

• Strong experience with Microsoft PowerApps (canvas and model-driven apps) and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Front-end development experience using Angular and/or React.
• SharePoint development and administration experience (Online and On-Premises).
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs and connectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently within a team setting.

Desirable

• Experience with Power BI and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure API Management.
• Experience with DevOps pipelines and source control (Azure DevOps, Git).
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or SharePoint.
