About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Formwork Carpenters to join the team at Australian Concreting Contractors in Perth. These full-time and casual positions are an excellent opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of our growing construction company.

What you'll be doing

• Construct and install shutters, decks, columns, lift shafts and stairs
• Working cohesively with our teams of formwork carpenters, concreters and labourers
• Interpret construction drawings to plan and construct the formwork
• Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and project specifications
• Ensure formwork meets safety standards and high-quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite

What we're looking for

• Proven formwork experience on commercial builds such as High-Rise Apartments, Aged Care Facility's or Hotels
• Relevant trade qualifications and high-risk work licences
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on-site
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in construction
• Strong work ethic
