About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our team in Perth, WA. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be an integral part of the construction process, responsible for building the temporary structures that support and shape concrete during the pouring and curing stages.

What you'll be doing

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to fabricate and assemble formwork structures

Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble wooden formwork components

Install, brace, and secure formwork to ensure structural integrity and safety

Dismantle and remove formwork after concrete has cured

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience as a Formwork Carpenter in the construction industry

Experience with suspended slabs , decking , columns ect

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints

Skilled in the use of power tools and hand tools

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent teamwork and communication skills
