Bridal by Aubrey Rose is an exclusive bridal boutique located in the heart of Mount Hawthorn, renowned for offering a curated collection of elegant and timeless bridal gowns from some of the world’s most sought-after designers. Our boutique is an intimate space, dedicated to providing every bride with a memorable and personal experience as they search for their perfect dress.

We believe that the experience of finding "the one" should be as special as the moment itself. Our team of bridal stylists is passionate about making every bride feel celebrated, seen, and cherished. We are looking for a dedicated and personable Bridal Stylist to join our team and help our brides find the dress of their dreams.

What We’re Looking For

- A strong passion for fashion and a deep appreciation for bridal wear and garment construction

- An exceptional eye for detail, with a flair for modern bridal styles and trends

- A natural communicator, who can make every bride feel relaxed, understood, and excited about her experience

- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a retail or fashion setting (experience in bridal fashion is a plus)

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must be available Saturdays and potentially late night Thursday/Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Providing a warm and welcoming first impression, greeting guests and ensuring they feel at ease

- Conducting one-on-one bridal appointments, offering expert styling advice tailored to each bride's vision

- Assisting in fittings, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience

- Building meaningful relationships with each bride, from their first appointment to their final fitting

- Offering exceptional after-sales support, addressing any queries or concerns with care

- Maintaining the boutique’s pristine appearance, including gown steaming and tidying

- Supporting day-to-day operations, from administrative tasks to retail duties
