JUST CUTS Belmont is seeking passionate and skilled Senior Stylists to join our team in Belmont, WA.

As a Senior Stylist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our valued clients. We do not provide any chemical services, so great for those who have had enough of the time and effort required. Even better for those who have allergies.

This is a casual position, offering flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle. We are open to discussion regarding what hours might suit you.

What you'll be doing

Provide high-quality hair cutting and styling services to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met

Recommend and sell hair products and treatments to enhance the client experience

Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques, and share your expertise with the team

Maintain a clean and organised work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting and mentoring junior stylists as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified hair stylist, with a passion for the Hair & Beauty industry

Excellent haircutting and styling skills, with the ability to deliver a wide range of services

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalised, high-quality experience for every client

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with the team

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including Saturdays, to meet the needs of our clients
