As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our bakery team and ensure every guest experiences the service and warmth Maggio’s is known for.

About the Role:
As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily front of house operations at Maggio’s Bakery. Working closely with the kitchen and senior management teams, you’ll ensure service runs smoothly, teams are supported, and customers receive the premium experience they expect.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and inspire the front of house team to deliver seamless, attentive service.

Manage rosters, staffing levels, and team performance.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including POS management and customer service standards.

Maintain presentation standards across the venue.

Monitor and drive KPIs, customer feedback, and operational efficiencies.

Be a brand ambassador for Maggio’s values of quality, care, and community.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management or senior supervisory role, preferably in a premium café, bakery, or hospitality environment.

A genuine passion for food, coffee, and customer experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

High standards of professionalism, communication, and operational excellence.

Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as required.
