About the Role
Our client, a leading civil contractor renowned for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Queensland & New South Wales, is seeking a skilled Site Engineer with expertise in structures and earthworks to join their team on a $850million project on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction of structural and earthworks components in compliance with TMR specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and compliance records.​

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in structural and earthworks engineering on TMR projects.
• Strong understanding of TMR specifications and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
