Your Position

• Oversee delivery of bulk earthworks, road/pavement, drainage and landscaping scope of works
• Work closely with site supervisors to provide engineering and technical support
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of activities
• Provide input to solutions to complex challenges and strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements
• Manage the quality assurance of works and oversee some procurement requirements.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
• Construction White Card
• Prior experience working on subdivisions of any kind with either a head contractor or Sub-contractor
• Leadership potential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient experience with Microsoft programs
