We are seeking a motivated person who has a genuine approach and proven ability to support people experiencing mental health challenges. This role involves assisting people to implement and coordinate their NDIS plans to achieve their recovery goals to build the way to a better life.
The position is a 1 year - fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. The role is part time, initially commencing 3 days a week (days negotiable).
The position in a Level 4 SCHADS Award. The role is based out of our Midland office.

Your role will help us make a difference by:
Helping people coordinate their NDIS supports and support them to navigate the NDIS environment.
Helping people understand their NDIS plans.
Working with people to develop recovery goals meaningful to them and strategies to actively work towards together and turn them into reality.
Working with a variety of stakeholder to link in with the right services of their choice.
Working with people to develop safety plans and safeguards to ensure their safety in any times of crisis.
Building positive working relationships with clinical and other mental health services and other government and community agencies to support people in a holistic way.

You are a people person and are able to engage and build relationships with a variety of people
You have the ability to build rapport with a variety of people in short period of time
You understand the NDIS
You have sound self-management skills to prioritise, account for and manage time effectively,
You are an organised person.
