The Role:
As our Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic decision-making. You’ll be pivotal in optimizing financial performance, managing risk, and helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Develop and monitor KPIs for financial health and operational efficiency

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and company investments

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies

Support management with financial analysis for key business initiatives

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes

Implement improvements to accounting systems and processes

Lead audits and liaise with external auditors as required

Manage all administration requirements

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred)

5+ years’ experience in a similar finance role (industry experience in machinery, automotive, logistics, or manufacturing a plus)

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Sage, SAP, or QuickBooks)

Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams

Strong leadership and communication skills
