Business and Communications Coordinator, Sutherland

Contract/Temp Maternity Leave Position with potential for permanent employment!

The Role

PHSA are seeking a bubbly, driven and motivated individual to join the team in a maternity leave position as Business and Communications Coordinator.

This role is perfect for someone looking for the opportunity to use their flair for design in the development of internal and external presentation documents in combination with design of social media marketing / communication campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Designing and executing social media campaigns via a number of communication channels

Assisting with creating / formatting / editing presentation documents using Adobe Pro, Canva or similar programs

Assisting with creating/formatting/editing documents using Microsoft Word

Assisting with creating / formatting presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint

Assisting with designing online surveys

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in an admin, events or social media communications role

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

Exceptional customer service

Intermediate computer skills using Office 365 (Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Intermediate experience using, Adobe Pro, Canva and online survey platforms

Positive attitude and willingness to want to learn

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

An excellent eye for detail, highly motivated and able to use own initiative to prioritise work and multi-task to meet deadlines
