Beds n Dreams is Australian-owned and operated with over 30 stores across Australia. We specialise in mattresses, bed frames and bedroom furniture. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating integrated marketing activities, campaign execution and retail marketing support across digital, retail and traditional media.

The Role:

You will primarily work with the Marketing Manager and Group Office Team to deliver a variety of print, digital and social media marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Monitor the website to ensure the content is active and aligned to the annual campaign calendar.

Work with internal teams and the national store network to develop and distribute marketing communication requirements.

Work with our external partners to maintain a variety of ongoing marketing communication materials, eg: SEO content requirements / Social Media content requirements / Digital Advertising content requirements.

Develop and/or Create marketing content where necessary (eg: mock-ups / graphics / video), via software such as MS Office, Canva, Photoshop. Then distribute to the BND network as necessary.

Be involved with community management / customer queries where necessary.

Your skills and attributes:

1-3+ years' experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience in co-ordinating key campaign deliverables (creative development, print/POS management, digital production).

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.

Knowledge of Shopify website technology (or similar ecommerce platform) for content management is preferrable.

Photoshop / Canva software skills are highly valued.
