What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within horticulture or a related sector

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Ability to analyse market trends and sales data effectively

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
