MAYDAY Recruitment are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to play a key role in guiding new customers through the onboarding journey and helping them unlock the full potential of our client’s platform. You'll act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, delivering tailored coaching, planning and executing training sessions, and equipping customers with the tools they need to succeed.
Your focus will be on engagement and retention—ensuring customers feel supported and empowered from day one, and laying the foundation for long-term success.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Guiding new customers through a seamless onboarding experience, delivering tailored training sessions, tutorials, and coaching to align with their specific goals
- Owning the end-to-end creation and delivery of training resources, including webinars, documentation, and new feature rollout support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that enhanced the onboarding journey and refined product offerings.
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships through ongoing engagement and support.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the onboarding workflow, driving higher customer satisfaction and accelerating software adoption
To be successful in this role you will need:
Proven experience in customer onboarding, support, or account management, particularly within tech-driven environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in SaaS platforms and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate software platforms or integrations.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and principles for promoting webinars
