As Cluster Manager you will be working closely with your Store Managers to drive sales, profit, and team development goals

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and mentor your team to work towards performance goals and succession planning
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance metrics with the goal to empower store leaders to understand and respond to data
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to maintain visual brand standards across all stores
• Drive a culture of exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering on our customer promise.

To kick off with us we’d like you to already have:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in multi-site retail management, preferably within a retail business
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and meet financial targets
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of retail operations, sales analysis, and visual merchandising
• Flexibility to travel frequently throughout VIC stores.
