ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide high level administrative, clerical, secretarial and systems support to the Associate Director Clinical Operations (Control) and within the Control Centre, generally.
Permanent position is available now, located in our Central Coast North Sydney Sector, traveling between Wahroonga and Point Clare is required.

- Brings next-level organisation and attention to detail
- Is confident, proactive, and thrives in a team-focussed culture
- Knows how to juggle priorities with a calm, can do attitude
- Motivated, emotionally mature individual with excellent MS skills.
- An understanding of the demands of an Associate Director role in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Ability to coordinate a small team of senior leaders and others who closely report or liaise with the Associate Director.
- Capable of building effective peer teams within this essential organisation, enhancing overall capability. The approach to tasks will directly contribute to NSW Ambulance's commitment to delivering excellence in care.

The average number of ambulance responses increased by 3.3 per cent over the past year. Factors contributing to increased activity include population growth, an ageing population and the associated increase in rates of illness.
In 2013/14 we provided 1,234,843 total responses (both emergency and non-emergency) compared to 1,219,262 total responses in 2012/13. There were on average 3383 responses per day - this is equivalent to a response every 26 seconds.
