We are one of Australia’s leading suppliers of testing equipment for materials, and we're looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our team. If you're organised, eager to grow, and ready to support a dynamic business, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
This role will see you assisting engineers and managers across a variety of tasks, including:
✔️ Bookkeeping – keeping financial records up to date
✔️ Accounts Payable & Receivable – processing invoices and payments
✔️ Bank Reconciliation
✔️ Inventory Management – tracking stock and orders
✔️ Payroll Processing – managing wages and employee expenses
✔️ Tax Reporting & Compliance – helping with BAS, GST, PAYG, Workers Comp, Insurance
✔️ General Office Administration – keeping things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with accounting software (Odoo a plus)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to liaise with suppliers, customers & accountants
3+ years of experience in an office admin/accounting role
