We are extremely excited to have just opened our newest Only About Children campus located in Torquay, Victoria. Torquay is a brand new purpose built campus. It is a light filled, warm and inviting space offering 130 places across 7 rooms. Each age group has their own dedicated outdoor learning environments and ample space to explore and learn. We are looking for experienced Toddler Room Leader to join the team.

The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional partnership experience with our families. These objectives make up our core OAC offering to families called "The OAC Way".

Room Leader role

This role is suitable for an experienced Diploma qualified Room leader. At Only About Children Torquay, you will lead and inspire the Toddler room team and deliver a quality program.

• Our OAC curriculum is interest based and aims to develop a range of skills including social and emotional development and independence, well-being and school readiness.
• You will supervise and interact with the children as well as supporting / leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
