Full-Time Administration Assistant & PA for Small Investment Family Office – with opportunity to progress

Role Overview: A very diverse role supporting the needs of the office, owner and executive manager.
Opportunity: This role holds the opportunity to progress into Executive Manager of the family office allowing the current Executive Manager to progress to CEO. This offers considerable salary progression.
Training: You will have some experience and skills but will be given excellent training in the role once you have proved that you are capable of the role.

Task Management:
a) Handle diverse personal and family secretarial and administrative tasks.
b) A broad variety of administration and bookkeeping tasks for the office and portfolio, including property and project management tasks – initially supervised but progressing to Executive Manager over time.

a) Computer & Software Literate: Highly literate in Microsoft 365 (including Word and Excel), Xero, Splose (or quick to learn) and social media platforms.
b) Tech Savvy & Problem Solver: Efficiently utilise technology, introduce new technology ideas and troubleshoot issues.
c) Big Picture & Detail-Oriented: Balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
d) Awareness & Anticipation: Understand and foresee the needs of others.
e) Wear many hats: The owner wears many hats – so will you need to! Be able to switch gears and transition between different tasks quickly and easily.
