About This Opportunity
This role enhances UQ's Employability Framework by coordinating enrichment and experiential learning activities through Student Enrichment and Success (SES). Collaborating with diverse stakeholders you will contribute to program delivery and development of Student-Staff Partnership Projects and other enrichment programs.
Key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate with a range of UQ stakeholders to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned student enrichment programs through effective partnerships.
Program Support & Delivery
- Coordinate and administer the delivery of Student-Staff Partnership Projects and support other enrichment programs, providing comprehensive advice and assistance to UQ staff and students.
- Design and deliver events, workshops and resources to support enrichment activities and student engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with students, academic and professional staff to deliver Student-Staff Partnership Projects and identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engagement campaigns and communication strategies to broaden participation in enrichment programs.
- Represent UQ at relevant events and forums to promote enrichment programs.
Reporting
- Capture and collate data for program administration and reporting.
About You
- Possess a degree and/or relevant qualifications, along with experience and a strong focus on developing and delivering initiatives that enhance the student experience and employability.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the university to deliver program outcomes.
- Proven capacity for excellent organisation and self-management, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately analyse data and integrate information using a range of communication and information management tools.
You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment, and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks. Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
