About the opportunity

As the Student Partnerships & Programs Coordinator - Digital Support, you will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple digital platforms that facilitate co-curricular programs across the University, including Welcome Day and peer mentoring initiatives. Leveraging your digital platform management experience you will oversee digital platform operations, enhance digital resources, engage with stakeholders, and provide administrative support and training to ensure the effective delivery of co-curricular programs and activities.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • work within the Student Life Team of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Education) Portfolio, reporting to the Senior Manager, Student Life
  • administer co-curricular digital platforms, manage enrolment and engagement processes, coordinate branding and event updates, and liaise with ICT and vendors for integration and issue resolution
  • oversee vendor performance, communicate platform updates, and maintain strong relationships with faculties, ICT, and program administrators
  • assist in standardising peer mentoring programs, support their transition to BAU, and collaborate with faculties to enhance co-curricular initiatives
  • review and enhance mentor/mentee resources, maintain peer mentoring web pages, and ensure Welcome Planner content is current and accessible
  • provide training and support for program administrators, engage with students and faculty to improve the student experience, and ensure effective use of digital tools
  • troubleshoot platform issues, analyse program performance using data insights, and drive process improvements based on industry best practices
  • support key initiatives and events within the wider Student Partnerships & Programs team.

About you

  • tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in a related field
  • previous experience working in the higher education/tertiary sector or at a complex, multi-faceted organisation is highly desirable
  • demonstrated experience managing and enhancing digital platforms and resources
  • experience managing a diverse group of key internal/external stakeholders on large or complex projects
  • excellent administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies
  • excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills
