Are you passionate about ending family domestic violence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Connect and Respect team as a FDVA Intake Officer!
The role:
The FDVA Intake Officer is responsible for the intake of participants and effective administration and support for the Connect and Respect program. This role engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure referral, waitlists and information management systems are maintained to a high standard of accuracy and quality.
This position will be offered on a fixed term part-time basis working 26.9 hours per fortnight. Due to the nature of the position and industry, there may be a requirement to work early evenings.
This role will have the option to work from Perth CBD, Fremantle or Armadale offices, with occasional travel between sites required.

Selection Criteria
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such Business, Community Services; Social Science, or relevant experience
Relevant experience in a similar role, including administration, data collection and data management systems.
Experience working within Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (desirable).
Advanced customer service skills.
Advanced administrative skills with a strong attention to detail.
Advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with individuals and groups.
Intermediate computer, numeracy and literacy skills.
Intermediate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including government and community services sector representatives.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date)
Unrestricted drivers’ licence or willing to obtain.
Working With Children Check or willing to obtain.
Willing to obtain Department of Justice integrity clearance once employed
