The role in a nutshell:
- You will provide advanced technical support, addressing complex IT issues and technical problems that require deep knowledge and expertise, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- You will deliver proactive IT management, identifying recurring issues or potential risks in clients’ IT environments and provide solutions to prevent future problems.
- You will communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed on the status of their issues, ensuring a positive and responsive customer experience
- You will work collaboratively with the wider team to resolve more complex issues. Ensuring that clients’ IT systems are running smoothly, minimizing technical disruptions
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience in a level 2 support role, ideally in an MSP environment
- You have strong expertise with common IT systems including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, virtualization platforms, ticketing systems, remote support tools, networking protocols, troubleshooting methods, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and are able to work with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- You are customer-focused, with a passion for providing excellent service.
