We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic leader to join our Executive Team as the Director of Testing Services, overseeing our largest vertical with a workforce of over 150 staff.
About the Role
As Director of Testing Services, you will be responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, financial management, and overall operation of the Testing Vertical. This senior role is pivotal to Informatech’s continued growth and reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Testing Vertical's back-office team, including Business Development Managers (BDMs), Recruitment Consultants, and a Service Delivery Manager.
Define and execute the strategic direction for the Testing Vertical, aligned with broader company goals.
Manage financial performance, including setting budgets, targets, and KPIs to drive sustainable growth with support from the CFO and accounts team.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the vertical, driving execution through the BDM team.
Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
Support the CEO and Executive Team by delivering high-quality services and championing continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide regular operational, financial, and strategic reporting to the Executive Team.
Oversee staff engagement and management across the vertical, ensuring a positive and high-performing culture.
Act as a high-level client relationship manager, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for growth.
About You
You are a strategic, commercially astute leader with a strong background in ICT services, particularly within Federal Government environments. You have a proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and are passionate about building high-performing, client-focused operations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Significant experience in senior leadership roles within ICT consulting or project services.
Proven financial and operational management expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI setting.
Strong track record in business development, account management, and client engagement.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop multi-disciplinary teams.
Strategic thinking capability with a focus on operational excellence and growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with or supporting Federal Government clients highly desirable.
