This leading studio are seeking a proven Director to lead the Senior Associates and their teams, as well as work closely with the Leadership team to assist the studio in their continued growth. DUTIES.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the architecture teams.
• Fortify the structures and processes within the teams.
• Jump into projects where you see fit, to streamline, and ensure efficiency in delivery.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
• NSW Registered Architect required. NSW Design Practitioner ideal.
• Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects, particularly construction/delivery stage.
