About the role

Usnik & Associates Pty Ltd are looking for a highly organised and professional Junior Receptionist to join their dynamic team in Penrith, NSW. This full-time role will be the first point of contact for our clients, so excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are a must.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Managing the reception area and maintaining it in a tidy and presentable state

Providing general administrative support such as filing, mail, typing letters, chasing overdue invoices

Assisting with various office tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a professional office environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
