The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented paraplanner who is passionate about supporting quality financial advice and is looking to build a long-term career in the financial planning profession. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality Statement of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA).
- Conduct financial research and modelling to support tailored client strategies.
- Assist in client meetings, taking notes and supporting the adviser in developing strategies.
- Support implementation of investment, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning recommendations.
- Ensure compliance standards are met across all advice documentation and processes.
- Assist in client portfolio reviews, strategy development, and preparation of reports.
- Help with client communication and engagement, contributing to a strong client experience.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Business, or a related field (or working towards).
- Experience in paraplanning, client services, or financial services is highly regarded.
- Progress towards, or willingness to complete, FASEA requirements is beneficial.
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Xplan, Midwinter) is a plus but not essential.
