Health Provider Assist is seeking to expand and bring on a new member to our high performing consulting team in Melbourne. Here at HPA we assist individuals to venture out and start their own business within the National Disability Insurance Scheme. This allows them to provide a wide range of services to individuals living with disability, improving their daily living, development, social interaction, as well as general wellbeing.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and well-mannered sales star to fulfil the role of Sales Consultant. This role consists of the following tasks, however, is not limited to:
Complete booked and pre-qualified meetings (Mixture of phone, zoom and face to face) with warm leads who have enquired through our various marketing channels
Use CRM system to manage, follow-up and keep track of prospective clients
Professionally respond to objections and maintain positive relationships with prospects
Achieve individual targets and KPIs
We provide a fun and safe environment for all individuals to work in, whilst allowing for development within the team. We will provide all the training you will require to be successful within this role.
Candidates who will be applicable must have the following:
Minimum 2 years experience in a consultative sales role
A general understanding of the NDIS (Preferably)
A hunger and ability to close deals
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Time management skills and ability to multitask
Ability to handle objections
Strong follow-up game
Experience using sales CRM Software
Motivated and Reliable. Someone who can bring their full focus and energy to the role, leaving outside distractions at the door

This is not a work from home or hybrid role. The successful candidate is required to work from our office located in Melbourne's North.
