We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant in Sydney—an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and results-driven professional eager to advance their sales career and grow within a world-class brand.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Delivering an exceptional, luxury experience to every customer, ensuring all interactions align with brand standards.
- Converting inquiries (in-store, online, and phone) into high-quality leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Building and nurturing client relationships through consistent and proactive follow-ups.
- Collaborating with brand ambassadors to develop and strengthen potential leads.
- Analysing customer satisfaction trends to refine lead generation strategies and enhance engagement
- Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with your team to achieve business and operational goals.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records to support seamless client interactions and follow-up
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience gained in a VIP customer service or sales role, luxury retail/products or similar high-level client focused position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build relationships with ease
- The ambition and drive to succeed in a sales environment and a desire to hit or exceed targets
- A valid, full Australian Driver’s License
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
